So, I totally, 100% kicked ass this week workout wise. I wanted to burn 2000 calories through exercise this week, and I beat that goal by 491 because of a crazy workout I did tonight (Jillian Michaels Fat Blasting Metabolism Booster workout...seriously, it's hard). It's good to know that even when I'm stuck inside due to super cold weather (I won't run on <20F days) and can't go to the gym due to lack of time I can still get a good workout in. Plus I managed to jump right back into veganism after my US trip, and my body and general mood is already so happy about it. Now I think I just need to find an iPhone-owning fitness buddy to iMessage day-by-day fitness updates too. A vegan/vegetarian one would be amazing. You down?
