Aahhhh! No! Feeling like it has to be perfect is one of the worst pitfalls for me, because then I feel tense about it and may actually do worse. Unfortunately, it seems like the way to overcome that for me is familiarity with a medium, so I guess it works then to chalk up mistakes and failed drawings as = an investment into a brighter future with that medium once I have a better handle on it. ;)

I know right xD That’s an excellent way to look at it tho :3 If I had more time I’d plan all the pieces digitally, then finalize them traditionally :’) Maybe someday...

I like the idea of doing the same kind of challenge digitally, where it's basically a daily drawing thing. I might join you and "break the rules". ;) I love traditional media, but it's not convenient as a daily thing for me with the way my schedule is right now, whereas toting an iPad is extremely convenient.

Yeah, I agree, it's hard for me to manage so many traditional drawings- I feel like they have to be perfect otherwise I'm wasting materials!
