how late is too late to reply to a comment?
I want to reply to all the comments lovely folks leave on my fic, but I go through periods of not having the emotional energy for it, so it's not unusual for me to have comments that go unanswered for 1, 2, or even 3 years. (I don't think there are any older than that... but there could be.) I still want to answer them, but at this point I'm worried it would be weird.
