Shin: I assume they mean with any digimon lately. And the answer is no. So far the only encounter we had is with the gatomon as we've come to find out. But now that just makes me wonder what other digimon exist, what are their lives like, and just how similar they are to pokemon...

Suddenly Shinji's phone starts ringing.

Pon: Clearly, this goto-whatever wanted to give a first-class ticket to adventure! I say we boot her up and see what these digimon are all about! There might even be a gym challenge equivalent for you there!

Poni smiles gently nudging Shinji. The male sighed, rolling his eyes with a smile.

Shin: Alright, you win. I would have let my curiosity get the best of me eventually but it's probably better to rip the band-aid.

Pon: That's the ticket! Let's get this party started!

Shinji places the chip in his phone, and that familiar message plays once again...

Aiming his phone camera at an empty space, he activates the portal. Much to the duo's surprise a portal appeared in front of them.

Pon: Woo hoo! It works! Let's go, Shin!

Poni exclaims jumping into the portal without a second thought.

Shin: H-Hey wai-...uhg...I swear I need to put a leash on her sometimes...

After taking a deep breath, Shinji follows the ogre into the portal which closes after he jumps in.
