This dress was originally designed by Joan Bergin for Annabelle Wallis' portrayal of Jane Seymour in the 2009 season of 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑻𝒖𝒅𝒐𝒓𝒔, in the episode entitled 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑵𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒉𝒆𝒓𝒏 𝑼𝒑𝒓𝒊𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈.   The gown was used again, but this time as a prop on a dress rack inside a dress shop in the 2022 film 𝑫𝒊𝒔𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒅. Love this, and so true! Regrann from @officialamybailey - We are so fortunate on #Vikings to be dressed by the award-winning designer Joan Bergin. I always loved going in for costume fittings to see what new beautiful ensemble she had created for Kwenthrith. For season 4 she had to design gowns to hide my (real life) pregnancy. So much of the detail can be lost onscreen - I wish you all could see the incredible detail in our costumes.
