I know its a trilogy, but I hope she decides to write like a prequel with the true timeline as the main timeline for that book. I think that would be really interesting to read about Joan and Nick in the original timeline as the main plot and their friendship with Aaron and their efforts to make peace between monsters and humans. No manipulation. Just their original story before it all got manipulated by the king and Eleanor and Joan.
The way Joanick has both the 'kill the one you love to save the world' and the 'destroy the world to save the one you love.' And it's even better that killing the one you love to save the world (and in Joan's case save her family) is coming from the monster. And the saving the one you love even if it means destroying the world (by making it monster run) is coming from the hero. This series is SO good.
