Here is another great testimonial, from the Schutz family, who apparently loves its Manitou:
We have a MT-732 which we bought about 4 years ago. We as a family use our Manitou a lot, more than a daily basis, it is our most used implement on the farm. There are so many places and uses for our Manitou that there are too many to list and talk about.
These are our main uses of the Manitou:
Building all of our sheds on our farms,
Fixing the roofs on all the sheds,
Picking our cherries off the tree,
Moving and loading our pigs to take to the market,
Moving trees and removing tree stumps,
Tearing down old sheds and shifting scrap metal,
Making my huge motorbike jumps (photo),
Cleaning the manure out of the pig sheds,
Moving vitamin bulk bags,
Putting the diesel tank and the firefighter tank on the ute,
Moving our generator and welder,
Taking the stock crate off our truck,
As you can see, these are just the main reasons; there are way too many uses to talk about all of them. Our main two reasons for buying this Manitou were for cleaning our piggeries out and carting hay and straw.
All of our other front end loaders struggle to clean the sheds out. The Manitou is very low so it makes it easy to clean one particular shed out that the front end loaders just couldn’t. We spread all of our own manure as well; the front end loader struggled at that job too. The boom on the Manitou makes life so easy.
Since we have had a Manitou we have grown a lot more hay. We didn’t crop much hay beforehand because we didn’t have a Manitou. We used to borrow one of our neighbors Manitoujust for the hay carting and stacking. We love our Manitou, my dad and brothers drive it a lot. It was a good choice to have a Manitou. We were really lucky we bought it.
