What would you put in the perfect salad?

Hmmm... it really depends on whether it’s a pasta salad or a garden salad.

If we’re talking garden salad then aside from lettuce: tomato, (red onion,) shredded cheese, grilled chicken, and all topped off with oil & vinegar.

As for a pasta salad: pepperoni, broccoli, cubed cheese and cherry tomatoes.
