The people Tara needed to go to for help refused to do so. At the top of that food chain was none other than Joe Biden himself. I'm sure if YOU were raped and the person you needed to report it to was your rapist, you'd get right on that, right?
All of the rape-apologists out there scrambling to cover Joe's ass over Tara's story clearly never met a Survivor, talked to one, and got their stories. Victims of rape almost never talk about it immediately. There's recovery time due to shame, anger and a whole bag of emotions.
THEN, there's how much support they know they can count on. THEN there's the FACT that MEN and even women who instead of investigating the rapist, the tear the woman's life apart looking for dirt, call them whores for getting raped, and so on...
This is just on a low-level rape from an ordinary guy, not one of some position of power like a celebrity or politician. When Survivors raped by the rich and famous come out, they're discarded, humiliated, and over-examined to discredit them.
They have ZERO to gain by coming forward. NOTHING. They stand to lose EVERYTHING. Dr. Ford was bombarded with death threats and had to move repeatedly after coming forward about Kavenaugh. Who wants to go through that?
"She keeps changing her story" you say? You're an idiot. She has let out bits at a time, depending on her level of confidence in who she was talking to and her personal level of comfort. She's got multiple sources backing her from just after it happened.
This is the END GAME, people. If you support Biden, you're as good as a trump supporter. Sexual assault is being given a pass with you? Seriously? Where are your screams of due process when it was trump? Kavenaugh? You outright threw it out the window with Al Franken!
