As today is the 1st of 20gr18...I'm setting a goal to achieve that...to not just be JLG but to JLG. I will strive to make this my year of greatness. To get back on top and stop dwelling on the past. To focus on me and make MY life great! I will refocus on my mantra and do what it takes to become the person I KNOW I can be.

Day 2 (6/21) at Anchor Park in Texas city… 2 miles in 39 minutes…so like 19 minutes a mile…eh I’ll take it…just gotta wanna needta haveta…KEEP MOVING FORWARD!

Day1: My challenge begins TODAY (6/20)...

So I begin my new fitness journey today (6/20). I Worked out, ate right and damn near killed myself. But hey it’s for a better me.

I'll begin with a weight of 316.7 lbs. (Less than what I thought I was)

I plan on doing before and after images tomorrow.

The day was long, the workouts difficult, and the diet suuuuucks.

I will push myself to what I think is an achievable goal of 235 by my 31st bday in 3 months.
