hi This is Joel Johnson and his stand STRFKR (Starfucker) Stats: Power D Speed C Range D Durability C Precision A Potential A Stand personality: Shy, bashful, mostly hidden, curious, silent, playful. STRFKR is a silent observer, always cautious of their surroundings and constantly probing for new information. Trusting, loyal, dutiful, intuitive to an almost god-like degree. Much like a curious alien observing the on-goings of another planet, afraid to intervene if it would cause alarm. Stand ability: Mastery of circuits and electric currents. Their excellent precision and keen eye allows for the knowledge and ability to switch on or off of a running circuit, be it artificial, or-- more extreme, the electrical pulses in the body, or mind. A man with special needs was shot by a Philadelphia police officer who said he feared for his life as the unarmed man walked through traffic asking for money and approached his car.
The victim, Joel Johnson, who reportedly has mental health issues, is in critical condition after a police detective shot him in the torso.
