David Wooldridge & Corbin Hayslett playing this Sweeney Song which some believe may have been an earlier African song inspired by the practice of stringing a grapevine or some such vine across a a roadway to catch the paterollers. The snap that appears at the beginning of the piece & then repeats is perhaps reminiscent of the snap of a rider being caught by the vine
