This is an Invitation - COME SHOOT W/ US ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 18! We’ll be shooting a music video for the song "Curious" for our HITRECORD ON TV episode RE: SECRETS. So, if you're in the L.A. area, we want you to come and be a part of this shoot.
If you’d like to be considered to be a part of this shoot, please fill out the following form HERE!
This shoot will be taking place in a residential home and will include a performance of Curious with JoeRud on guitar, accompanied by a bass player and small drum kit. The home will feel rustic, and we’re asking for everyone who can attend to dress in ‘Family Thanksgiving’ attire. Essentially, what would you wear to your family’s Thanksgiving? Don't dress funny or ironically - dress nice!
We'll also want everyone to bring cameras to RECord the performance for the TV show. We'd love to have a handful of cinematographers at the shoot, but don't worry - you don't have to be a cinematographer to attend. Shooting footage on your cell phone will work, too!
Please note that space is very limited, so unfortunately attendance is not guaranteed. We will contact you via email no later than 12:30pm Pacific time onFriday, November 14 to let you know if there is space to attend or not.

Since joerud is coming out to Long Island in a few short weeks, I thought I'd make a short playlist of Long Island bands. joerud , you've probably heard most of these already, and of course, don't feel obliged to listen to them, because I know you're busy.

Simon and Garfunkel – The Boxer My favorite S&G song ever ever ever. This one gives me chicken skin every time.
Stray Cats – Stray Cat Strut They moved to the UK and played a lot there, but they are originally from Long Island. :)
Billy Joel – You May Be Right Everyone and their cousin knows Billy Joel is from here.
Taking Back Sunday - My Blue Heaven This is my favorite band, and this is my favorite song by them. Which does not make it my favorite song ever, but it's in the top ten for sure. I know I'm always going on about them. They are homeboys and I've seen them a million times.
