I love @aghostnamedcalamity's punk Joey art and i remembered I'd made a punk 70s Ace design earlier, so i drew them together. I feel like Joey's stuff is mostly off the rack fast fashion he picked to look cool while Ace is more dedicated to the subculture and made or thrifted her own outfit.

what’s your favorite line in Lackadaisy? I think “I asked if you needed a lift, not a ride in the struggle buggy” is way more loaded and funny out of context. and I can’t forget “I like studying roundly shapes :)” and “won’t be de same without dem pigs :(“

from a heavier point of view, when Rocky hits his head and says, “were we in a corn… thing?” hurt my heart when I first read it because it was concerning to see Rocky lose access to his vocabulary, one of his most defining features, after the accident. thankfully he got his big words back, but can you imagine if his language was permanently damaged? that would have been horrific for him.
