Smart phones + fitness
Last night I downloaded a new fitness app for my android phone.
It's called Jefit and it allows you to create fitness routines. I keep track of most of my workouts on this blog, but having this app will make it even easier for me to put together sets of exercises!
The other fitness app I have is called Jog Tracker. It syncs with your GPS while you're running outdoors and keeps track of your pace, distance, and time. I've only used it once but it was very accurate. The only problem is I don't like running with my phone...so I'll probably only use this app when I go biking.
Smart phones make it even easier for you to track your health and fitness. It's great! (yeah, I'm a nerd). Do you use any health/fitness apps? What's your favorite?
