New shoulder and leg workout today. Felt pretty good too. Having some back doms from yesterday's new back workout too, guess that means they are working new muscles, sweet.
Monday morning workout done. Was a good workout and now time for work.
Friday afternoon workout. Had a rough night for sleep helping my wife after her surgery, so I slept thru my alarm this morning. So I snuck out at lunch got my workout done.
Thursday morning workout wasn't to bad. Was able to complete everything expect the barbell shrugs, they were all in use. And as I am leaving the gym parking lot my shaker lid pops open, so now my clothes and part of the car are covered in whey protein. Have to clean that up tonight after work.
Tuesday is leg day. The leg press was always taken, so I tried using the machine as opposed to the free weights. Something about it didn't feel right, so stopped after 2 sets. Other than that, hit a PR on deadlifts today so that is always awesome. Hope everyone has a great day.
