What app do you use to keep track of your runs? Also when you got your new shoes and learned your running patter did your feet hurt the first few days?

I use a swedish app called Svettig, that connects to the (swedish) site jogg.se/svettig.se. It is not as good as Nike+ used to be, but since they messed that app up with their latest updates I have abandoned ship and now I only use Svettig to track my runs. I would love to recommend this to people, but since it is only available in swedish it’s kind of hard unless you know the language. If people really want to give this app a try - let me know and I will try to make a post where I translate all of the important info for you guys!
When I first switched from Generic Running Shoe™ to Proper Shoe For My Step™ back in the day I never had any problems adjusting to the new shoes. If anything - it just felt a lot better! The shoes were lighter than my old ones, and since they were specially picked out to match my step they were a lot easier to run in = drains less energy = runs better, long and faster :)) If your feet hurt with your new shoes you may want to go back to the store and talk to the staff about it, and see if it’s normal or something that you should get your shoes exchanged for.
