Night Owl & Early Bird
[PT: Night Owl & Early Bird]
A set of flags for those who account themselves as either a Night Owl or a Early Bird.
I made because I wanted to do it for fun :D. If anyone wants to do stuff with these feel free, there is a chance there are other “terms” related to this that I just don’t know.

On sleepless nights it's honestly really nice to just get my creative juices flowing when it's dark and quiet, and I know no one's going to interrupt me. Why was I cursed to be a morning person?
Name: Early Bird
Debut: Worm
We're all big fans of Worm here! We always want to see Worm succeed, and live to squirm another day. But even we can admit that sometimes, there need to be stakes. If every episode was just about Worm winning on its first try, it wouldn't be very exciting, would it? That's why we need a villain. A character we love to hate. We need Early Bird!
If you ask me, American Robin is THE Early Bird, though of course I'm biased, since I've always lived among them. But these feathered fiends have an appropriately Halloweeny color scheme, setting the stage for the fear they instill!
If you are a worm with eyes, then please cover your eyes. Early Bird's tried-and-true predation strategy is yoinking worms right out of the soil, pulling them until they helplessly twang right out. Believe it or not, Worm HAS evolved a bit of a counter to this! When pinched, it can flatten its butt end, forming a bit of an anchor that makes it harder to pull out. It might not seem that effective, but it clearly works!
Early Bird was first introduced in response to parents criticizing Worm's hubris. "Too much leaf litter", they cried, "there's a time and a place to gather leaf litter!" Indeed, children across the world were starting to emulate their favorite annelid, gathering dead leaves whenever they could find them, even in broad daylight. So the writers needed a counter to Worm. Its opposite in every way. Worm loves darkness, Early Bird is diurnal. Worm lives underground, Early Bird can fly. Worm is boneless, Early Bird is boneful. And most importantly, Worm, despite its occasional overambition, is kind and considerate. Early Bird was conceptualized with a wicked heart.
It all started when Worm was pulling leaves down from the surface just a BIT too late. The sun had risen, but Worm was on a roll! It could get more! But all that light, that horrible light, made our wiggly wonder easily visible to its new foe. To be fair, Early Bird has mellowed out considerably since that debut, but that was quite a frightening episode! Especially when Worm actually was killed and eaten on screen! It's a good thing Worm has always been a composite character.
Over the years, we've also gotten to see Early Bird's side of the story. It isn't just selfishly trying to keep itself alive. It has babies to feed! Babies who have not seemed to age a day in the 30-year run of the series, but I digress.
It's a common misconception that Early Bird flies south for the winter. In reality, it stays in the same area, but just lives in the woods, feeding on plants while it waits for worms and bugs to become active again in the spring. You know what I think? I think that's a load of hooey! How convenient that Early Bird is a peaceful vegetarian in the winter, so it can be portrayed as kind and sympathetic during the Christmas specials.
Good luck with all your wormwatching endeavors this season! And as usual, be aware of your surroundings, and be careful! Watch out for Early Bird's lackeys, the Birders! These sly folk like to look for all manner of bird, and I'm sure they'd have no issue throwing a worm under a bus to do it. Stay safe out there!
Monarch Madness Vol II
I wasn't expecting us to have another one of these so soon after the first one. But I think this time was better than the last.
I actually "dropped out" midway through the event since I still have school and other things to focus on, but I still managed to post more than last time.
Bonus: I posted this screenshot as a submission, but I'm currently working on a new comic, about how Tyrell and Dishy got acquainted. It's getting kinda long though (currently 7 pages, and I think it'll need at least 1 or 2 more to be finished), so I don't know when or if it'll be finished. I guess I could post it in parts...
guys i’m not built for waking up early
