As a kid, I never really got the real reason why Takeru and Iori jogressed. I was like "cool, so the pairs are Davis-Ken, Yolei-Kari, and TK-Cody.", but now I GET it. Some people think Jogress is between best friends, but that's not true. It's between people who complement each other. Takeru's conflicting sides helped Iori understand the nuance in people better, and Iori was the only one who could get through Takeru's ^^ mask. Now that I'm older, I can fully appreciate their arc. Also, I never thought Shakkoumon was dumb, but now that I know he's based off a dogu doll, I like him even more. And yes, Shakkoumon is cool, fight me.

And we have our second level 4 for our Jogress, and a new evolution for Jellymon. More simplistic than TeslaJellymon, and I probably could have added a few more details, but I feel like our level 6 is going to get rather complicated, and that's more the focus of what I want to do. Also, named after the Velella, a type of Man-o'-War with a big Mohawk sail.

I am a ferm believer that if you think Hikari & Takeru and Miyako & Iori should have been Jogress Partners than you do not understand Jogress.

Jogress is about bonding with someone you didn't think you could even be friends with. Reaching out to someone and making those bonds yourself with effort. To make people who were already friends partners loses what makes Jogress so special.

Miyakari and Takeori have just as much depth and emotion and connection as Daiken. It just takes more analysis to see it and realize it, but that doesn't make it any less special, and I'm tired of people saying different(this is mostly a problem with those who have only seen the american english dub but i still do not like it)

Descrição  

Esta é a forma evoluída por Jogress de IgnisDramon e Stormmon, combinando as características de ambos para formar um Dragão Mítico com poder sobre a agitação das moléculas, criando frio ou calor ao bel-prazer.  

Tal controle sobre a temperatura é tamanho que consegue alterar todo o clima em um raio enorme à sua volta, adaptando o ambiente ao seu objetivo, logo geadas, fortes ondas de calor ou até mesmo tempestades surgindo repentinamente quase sempre são obra de VerfolDramon lutando nas proximidades.   

Ele se destaca como um exímio estrategista e é temido por perseguir seus inimigos até garantir que sejam completamente derrotados, usando seu raciocínio afiado e táticas das mais diversas dentro e fora de combate. Por conseguir voar e nadar, aqueles que se tornam seus alvos dificilmente conseguem fugir, e mesmo se tentassem acabariam atingidos pelo arpão que este Digimon atira de suas costas com precisão absoluta (Arpão do Dragão), trazendo-os de volta para ter uma luta digna, algo que preza bastante.  

Seu desejo por batalhas beira o obsessivo, porém, mesmo parecendo que VerfolDramon escolhe qualquer um como oponente, ele só se dispõe a enfrentar os que são perversos e bem poderosos, sendo comum ser chamado para lidar com um algum Digimon que está causando mal em certa região. Já em casos que tal algoz não oferece um bom desafio, este Digimon apenas dá suporte aos que lhe convocaram, ensinando-os algumas táticas para que possam superar esse mal por conta própria. 

Técnicas  

Resplendor Grandioso - Acumula muita energia no arpão de suas costas e dispara um raio energético por ele, pulverizando tudo que atinge; 

Arpão do Dragão - Atira o arpão de suas contas no inimigo, que é empalado e puxado para perto de VerfolDramon por correntes ligadas ao equipamento; 

Revolução Atmosférica - Transforma todo o ambiente ao redor, criando qualquer tipo de variação meteorológica; 

Termodinâmica - Cria duas esferas de energia em suas mãos, uma congelante e outra escaldante, então as lança no oponente para causar um choque térmico e paralisá-lo por um tempo; 

Garra Termal - Banha suas garras em chamas ou gelo e rasga o adversário.

Little thought experiment: If more Digimon fusions (or forms of Jogress) had been part of the Adventure reboot, what would you have liked to see (also for future projects)?

The other six CCs should have gotten their own (fixed) fusions like Omegamon

Taichi (as MC) should have had fusions with ALL the other 7

They should have experimental fusion pairs every other episode (no fixed pairs)

There should have been fusions specifically for Team Light and Team Hope

I have very specific fusion pairs in mind (please specify!)

Finally got to the part in Adventure 02 when they get DNA digivolution. It's so freaking cool!
