Imagine coming home to this.

Imagine after a long, trying day, you come into your place and find your boyfriend, Daveed, lounging on the couch, casually sipping a pinot grigio. He offers you some... you set it aside with his own glass, and climb onto his lap instead. This is your view.

The hum is low in his throat, as his eyes travel up your body appreciatively. His indecisive hands finally fall to rest on your hips as he asks about your day; you don’t want to talk about it, and that’s fine. Everything is fine.

You stare down at him, at the little smile playing at his lips as he fiddles with the hem of your shirt. You know he wants to get under it. You want him to as well, but first, you lean down to ghost your lips over his. He knows you’re playing with him, and he’s not about to ruin the game. 

Eventually, after dancing around the inevitable for a minute, you press a soft, deep kiss to his lips. He responds by trailing his hands up to your shoulders, rubbing little, sensual circles into your skin with his thumbs and sending tiny shivers of pleasure through you. 

“Are you going to do something about my bra, Diggs?” you whisper, and his smile grows. 

“Later, hun... for now,” he pulls a little, catching you as you tumble down against his chest, “Lay with me and forget the world.”
