‘There's a Monster in my Bedroom. Keep very, very still. Tell me you can see it. It's giving me a chill . . . A funny, charming rhyming picture book about a house full of monsters with an unexpected twist from internationally acclaimed comedy duo The Umbilical Brothers. With gorgeous, rich illustrations by Berlin artist, Johan Potma.’ x

The artwork of Johan Potma and Mateo Dineen
If you live in Berlin or are just going through there, you have to go and check out their beautiful, weird, hilarious artwork. I think knowing their work saved me from completely and utterly hating this town.
They have studios but I only went to their gallery.
Wildly funny, wildly creative…silly behaviour of the highest calibre. It’s a delight for the eye, the ear and the spirit … you’re left only to shake your head and marvel.
