The drug lord Snowblind (created by Howard Mackie and Mark Texeira) along with Captain Hoffman, Renee Fuanaro, and Ms Tofield were introunced in Ghost Rider (Vol 3) 13#, cover date May, 1991. Not only did Snowblind survive his encounter with Ghost Rider (Dan Ketch), but Ketch ended the issue with John Blaze pointing a shotgun at the back of his head.
