Ya know honestly with Emma frost being announced 1st I get the feeling they might be going the Astonishing X-Men route and have her be the leader/teacher for the mcu X-Men going forward with her running the school and filling in that Professor x role which would really cool tbh, heck or maybe even do something similar to what insomniac is doing in wolverine with them instead of being apart of the the X-men their actually part of a group called Team X which specializes in rescuing mutants across the world all while being lead by Nathaniel Essex, afterall they did state that Mr sinister would be their 1st villain for the mcu X-Men going forward and with Cyclops and Jean grey being announced as their first 2 cast members for this mcu lineup I can't help but think this might actually be true since they do have some history with each other in the comics (as well as basically responsible for creating every other person's/mutants backstory) heck maybe that's why they actually casted emma frost in the 1st place, with her probably being his assistant at 1st leading to the 2 of them eventually being defeated and her joining the hellfire club in the future or even possibly becoming their teacher as a change of heart, hell this would even explain why we wouldn't have had any mutants up until this point because people are just NOW getting their powers, meaning that there would be No professor x, wolverine or even magneto to begin with in this universe since they never even would've existed, hell what of this is why they're actually called the X-Men think about it, if professor Xavier never exsited then there wouldn't be any reason for them to be called the X-Men since he named them after himself hence HIS X men, however if Mr sinister A.K.A. Nathaniel ESSEX ended up founding the team instead then suddenly things start to make alot more sense, either way I'm excited for what they have planned next but anyway those are just my thoughts what do you guys think?
