I need to bring something to ur attention. Look how soft and beautiful Michael looks in the scene when Fredo brings him the suitcase with 2 mil in it in GFII. Look at him. I want to smother him in kisses and worship. His TUMMY? His hair! The light colored shirt looks so good on him. Fuck.
OMGGGG YES!!! It's actually next up on my Godfather 2 GIFsets 😭👄
HE IS SOOOOO FINEEEE.... Omfg... His hands... The watch... THE SHIRT... I LOVE HIS TUMMY!!!

as an Al Pacino connoisseur I want to bring a subject to the table I have seen 38 Al Pacino movies with my eyes and let me tell you I can semi confidently say that he has only ever cried with Real Tears ONCE. And that's in ...And Justice For All (1979) where he cries not once but TWICE and that is by far the MOST emotional performance he has EVER given. And he's tried to cry multiple times like in Serpico and Dog Day Afternoon and he's good at fake crying but he's never been able to produce Real Tears like his eyes are always Mostly Dry
And I want to bring another subject to the table which is the fact that Al's close friend John Cazale had died only 6 months before the filming of AJFA and Al Pacino was also on the path to sobriety during filming and he was also according to his cast mates particularly anxious about getting scenes right and also based on his memoir he really didn't enjoy the filming of the movie
The point of this statement is just to say...those were definitely real tears during that movie...bro was genuinely distressed

Just to answer @mariamariquinha re. 10 fav movies
Fredo: Sometimes I think I should have married a woman like you did, like Kay have kids and a family. For once in my life, I want to be calm. Michael: It’s not easy to be a son, Fredo.
My headcanon for Fredo is that as a child he'd eat straight up eat raw potatoes. That's it. That's the headcanon. (also the fact that seems like he'd eat raw potatoes, lol)
