Working on the next instalment of Kangaroo Westerns and I just have to say...young John Jarrett was a honey.
Last week was hectic, Not only did I turn 21, but i also met the Australian actor John Jarret from the wolf creek franchise at a local convention .

I found out a couple weeks ago that 3x Great-Grandmother was the half-sister of John Jarrett, the famous outlaw that ran with the James-Younger Gang.
My 3x Great-Grandmother was Susan Rebecca Jarrett Sandefur. She married Philo Hilyer Sandefur in 1860. He went off to the Civil War and fought for the Confederacy. He was injured in or around the time of the Battle of Shiloh. Lost his thumb in the battle.
I actually have one old photo of Susan Jarrett Sandefur. She died in 1905, so I suspect the child with her in the photo might be my 1x Great-Grandpa’s oldest brother who died young in 1911. Marion was born 1903, so, the child in the photo definitely could be 2 years old. The photo for sure was taken outside of her son & daughters home, so that’s what leads me to believe that it’s baby Marion.
