SARATOGA SPRINGS—OCT. 4, 2019— Universal Preservation Hall welcomes two new board members, who, according to Campaign Director Teddy Foster, will help the organization on the path to opening day.
Michelle Borisenok and John Karcher bring media and business skills to the UPH and will each serve one-year terms.
