Do you happen to know if the person playing Don Atillo in general has any other roles in the show?
Yes, Don Attilio often have other mock opera roles as well. Examples: In the late US tour, John Kuether played Don Attilio in “Il Muto”, and Passarino in “Don Juan Triumphant”. In the current West End production, Duncan Smith plays Don Attilio in “Il Muto”, and the Firechief in the scene before DJT. In Toronto Peter Atherton played both the Auctioneer, Don Attilio and Passarino. So as you can see, the exact track varies (and not just from production to production, but also IN productions).
