Secret doll house hidden in garage opens its doors
CADILLAC — Jeanette Majerle sat inside her old garage, surrounded by a thousand dolls that stared back with frozen faces.
“They’re very dear to me,” she said. “They were my playmates.”
She was in a narrow aisle between the crowded shelves inside the Dolls and Things Museum, housed in a small, converted garage in her backyard on the outskirts of Cadillac.
