To be completely honest, I had no idea the movie was based on a book. I don’t think I’ve ever watched the movie the entire way through, either - it would just come on television and I’d catch it part way through and mostly watch it in the background. Is the book worth a read?

"Generic Anime Pervert" as a trope is something people are just. Tired Of at this point, is a big reason why Mineta is hated. He supplies very little useful that couldn't be accomplished with other things, like, if he was just a cowardly character that might be interesting, if he was just a pervert maybe he could be ignored, but he's BOTH, he's just... irritating to watch, constantly. As the series goes on you might begin to understand, lol.

Yeah, I’m not saying people should like him or even tolerate him. Just that right now, it’s nothing I haven’t seen so it’s fine for me. Anime Pervert can be funny at times, but if that’s the entirety of his personality than it definitely won’t take long for that to become tiresome.

That’s pretty smart, actually. I don’t think he’d be very good in a lot of fights, but working with others he’d be pretty useful.

I don’t know that changing the color would make it look any less like a diaper, but I get what you mean. 

I guess when a character’s easy to hate people will feed off of each other’s hate until it grows and grows. Plus, it’s really funny. to me at least

tbh most restaurant bacon is Not Good it’s flimsy and chewy and way too soft. bacon needs to be crisped up more. i’ve yet to have any restaurant bacon that tops bacon that’s been cooked at home. and even then it’s still better as a Side Protein than anything else.

Question was it crispy or flaccid?

it was def chewy in the sandwich but the single bacon was crispy-ish and yet the experience was basically unacceptable
