I feel very lucky to join Vice Mayor Dennis Kavanaugh, Mesa Police John Meza and super assistant extraordinaire Jared on GAIN night. (getting Arizona Involved in Neighborhoods) We stayed on schedule and made it to 11 block parties in Council District 3 between 4pm and 8pm! Thanks to all the Mesa residents who got together with their neighbors today for GAIN night. We did Karaoke. We ate food at almost all the stops. We had a wonderful time. I was fortunate to do this multi-party journey with the Vice Mayor and the Chief, both of who we're enjoying their last GAIN events for Mesa. Kavanaugh attended his first one 20 years ago!
