When I am 60, my daughter will be 20. My son will be 22/23. It is imperative that I develop habits now to allow me to still kick ass at 60. I do not want to be complaining about my back. I will be competing physically with 20 year olds at 60. That takes dedication now and consistent behavior for the next 20 Years. At 60 I will be crossing the Grand Canyon on foot, playing soccer, hiking, offgridding, sailing and hangin with the best of them.
