Run Towards the Light
Everyone! I’m so happy to finally reveal my collaboration with Johnny Gioeli from Crush 40 and Toasty Marshmellow, who both took an interest in the special lyrics I wrote. I had the honor of having them perform it!
Both of them were so kind and amazing to work with on this track, and I couldn’t be happier or more excited to collaborate with them. Their voices and music are incredible, and they recreated my song even better than I imagined.
I can’t thank them enough for being part of this project and hope all of you enjoy this song just as much as I did!
SEGA’s Use of “Live & Learn” in Sonic’s 35th Anniversary Video Hints Legal Limbo May Be Over
SEGA’s use of “Live & Learn” in Sonic’s 35th anniversary video is raising eyebrows, with fans speculating the song’s long-standing legal limbo may finally be over after years of uncertainty.
Full details in our latest article, linked below!
SEGA’s decision to feature “Live & Learn” in a new Sonic anniversary video, paired with a rare comment from Johnny Gioeli, suggests the song
Calling all Crush 40 fans all around the world. Following the recent release of my 2N2R merge, I've recently started working on a big project.
Introducing "The Crush 40 Archive", an initiative aiming to preserve Crush 40's history, both live and in the studio.
The project aims to cover everything Crush 40 and Crush 40 adjacent, preserved in the best quality possible to be shared for everyone to see.
The idea would be to share as much of this material with proper credits given to the original sharer(s) on YouTube and elsewhere where applicable.
Did you see Johnny and Jun between 2008 and today and have pics, videos or audio you'd like to have preserved? Maybe you've seen Axel Rudi Pell or Hardline shows between 1992 and today too? The Crush 40 Archive's got you covered.
No matter the quality of the material, you never know what kind of gold you might be sitting on, so if you have anything, even if it's not much, feel free to send it at the following contacts:
Email: [email protected]

With Crush 40 ending soon, and the Speed Of Sound Tour right around the corner, let's preserve the story of our childhoods, together.
Let's crush it!
Johnny Gioeli has performed and written the vocals on a new song called Hangin’ in the Balance for the upcoming Sonic storybook fan game Sonic and the Dragon’s Path.
How the fuck did AstraNova manage to get Johnny on ts what the fuck
This is such an interesting song. “Is It You” was released in The Best of Crush 40: Super Sonic Songs, but was never used in any Sonic game. It’s a completely new track for the album. Even more interesting is that it’s clearly a love song. The message gets across as not the typical lovey-dovey type you’d normally expect. It just comes as acknowledging it, and continuing on.
“And I think to myself, are we trying to love, When love shouldn't be trying at all”
This would fit with Sonic. Any relationship going on doesn’t have to be outright. It’s just the two partners being themselves with each other. Living life to the fullest.
Not labeling any ships with this, because everyone has their own.
