it feels... weird and lonesome to be a noncanon fictive. i feel... less tethered to my source due to not having a counterpart. i want to find community, talk to other mutants, but i feel oddly detached from x-men kin and fictive communities. maybe partially because i wasn't really affiliated with any of the major people/groups from the source, but... idk. i just wish there was an irl mutant community, or that i had a counterpart in my source, or something.
