Love Bites Pt4
Tw: Violence, gore
Summary: With the Vampire hunters banding together to rescue Elvira, little did they know they walked right into Price's trap where he wanted them to be.
“He really is an honourable man,” The maid said, talking about Price.
Honourable? What's so honourable about a monster?
Elvira stayed silent for a moment as the maid bathed her in the bathroom. The rumours weren't wrong when they said that Price was an intelligent man, many previous Vampire hunters said the Vampire King could teleport his Castle to wherever he wished, Price was a man of Science. A man of sorcery and Necromancy, an undead army of monsters and all sorts of creatures. He could transform into a bat, Wolf, whatever animal he desired.
Which made Elvira think…
“Don't you think so?” The maid cleared her throat, a little disappointed to the fact Elvira wasn't fully listening.
Elvira looked over to the maid realising that she was talking to her. “What is honourable about a man like him?” Elvira scoffed at what the maid said.
“You'll understand one day.” The maid dutifully said.
Elvira rolled her eyes slightly and mainly focused on the interior of the Bathroom. It was not like any bathroom, vastly different than all the others she had seen. She was quite privileged growing up, she had all kinds of facilities she needed. But this was much different.
After her bath, the maid dried her and took her to the dressing room to get Elvira ready for the evening. Time was of the essence, and Price wasn't a patient man at the moment.
Elvira allowed the maid to braid her hair, albeit she was a little rough but she didn't want to complain. After that she was then dressed in a beautiful linen red dress, the ends resting just by her feet. The fabric was out of this world. Richer than than all the dresses Elvira has ever worn, to match the look red shoes were placed upon her feet.
“All done.” The maid stood up. “The King would be most happy.
“Thank you,” Elvira mumbled. “And of course he would…”
The door opened and Price stepped in, although he had to bend down slightly to fight himself in the doorway. His eyes immediately went onto Elvira and smiled at the sight of her.
“You look amazing…” He complimented, taking her hand into his. Elvira couldn't get over how cold it was, alas she had no choice but to ignore it. “Let's go.” He said.
Elvira stood up and followed him out of the dress room. “So what's the occasion for tonight?” She asked again.
“You'll see.” He'd say, keeping everything vague once again.
Not saying anything Elvira continued to follow him, they walked through the corridor of the grand castle. Luckily Price was leading the way, otherwise Elvira would've gotten lost. They went down the stairs, he led her through many corridors before finally entering the dining room.
The dining room was large unlike any other, a long table stood out in the middle and many seats were placed near each other. The room itself could fit many people around the table, around 32 seats to be precise.
“Dinner? That's all?” Elvira crossed her arms looking up at him. “All of this keeping it a secret, and it's just dinner?”
“There's more to that… You ought to be patient. Seems your father has failed to teach you that.” Price mused, he pulled a chair out for her letting her sit down. Elvira sat at one end, while Price sat at the head of the table.
Elvira stayed silent and looked down to see all sorts of food was laid out for her, Price knew she would be hungry. Beside her was a large goblet of wine, all for her. Alas for Price? He would be drinking blood, as per usual.
Remaining silent, she got her cutlery and began to eat her food. Trying not to eat so fast as it would be rude, and also because she didn't want a stomach ache.
When he tasted her blood when he found her unconscious body in his bat form was magnificent, he saw how Elvira battled her father. Killing him in the process, risking her life. That's when he took the chance, he took the bite.
Though it was only a quick bite before he heard the large group of hunters rushing to Elvira's rescue. Price watched over her when she was taken back to the Hunters regime, knowing that they would send her to her death.
And now he wanted to taste her again, this blood that he was currently drinking did not suffice.
“The food is good, thank you.” Elvira spoke which made Price snap back into reality.
“Told you, it is not poisoned. Eat to your heart's content.” Price simply said.
He was nice, too nice. Which made Elvira suspicious, she knew he had something else planned but what was it?
“And the wine?” He asked.
“It's good, but what kind of wine is it? It has a strange after taste… Metallic almost.” Elvira said.
Price chuckled. “It's my own special kind of wine, if I told you what I put in it… I wouldn't be a secret. Most wines have a metallic taste.”
Elvira finished eating her dinner and drinking the goblet of wine, she placed it back onto the table.
“Sir.” Ghost walked into the dining room, looking at Elvira for a moment before looking at Price. “They're here, for her.” He said.
“Ah. It seems your little Hunter friends have arrived.” Price spoke as he stood up from his seat. “I will deal with them.”
“They're the best hunters out there, the kind that you shouldn't mess with.” Elvira stood up from her seat. “You're making a grave mistake messing with them.” She threatened him.
In a blink of an eye Price appeared beside her. “Oh really?” He chuckled at her statement.
“I'll see it for myself.” He grinned. “Keep an eye on her Ghost while we speak to them, I do not want her out of your sight, Ghost, till we feast.”
Ghost nodded, he observed the two closely as Price grabbed Elvira's hadn't gracefully to the Castle's entrance.
Elvira was beginning to become frustrated, she was tired of being trapped in this god forsaken Castle. The moonlight shone through the windows as they walked by, a thought crossed her mind… She knew the plan was risky. But it was a good one.
“Don't even think about doing what I think you're doing.” Price's grip on Elvira's arm became tight.
“I'm not staying in this Castle!” Elvira yelled at him.
“Yes. You will.” Price responded, his eyes glowing a crimson red colour. “You'll stay here for all eternity, no one shall ever take you away from me again.”
“You're insane.” Elvira spat at him.
“Maybe I am.” Price responded. He opened the door to show most of the Vampire hunters who had already been captured by Soap and Gaz. Many other vampires watched closely too, some eyeing Elvira and the others at the Hunters.
“My esteemed guests, how rude of you to walk around my land without a proper invitation. I did not invite you did I?” Price finally let go of Elvira as he stepped towards the Hunters.
“Let them go Dracula, you already have me. That should be enough.” Elvira said, but Price ignored her.
“You traitor Elvira, you're just like your father.” Jacob spoke. “We should've killed you when we had the chance.” He said in anger.
“You were the ones to send her to death.” Price stepped towards Jacob. “And now I have the love of my life back, I bid you thank you… Jacob.” He smiled before he used his claws, piercing a hole through his chest ripping out his beating heart.
Elvira's eyes widened witnessing what Price had done, she was at a loss for words.
“Now, let us feast.” Price gave the order to his men. With the last thirty nine hunters that were helpless, unable to do anything. The Vampires quickly attacked.
It became a blood bath quickly, men and women screaming in pain while the Vampires feasted upon their blood. Elvira felt her adrenaline kicked in while they were preoccupied, she quickly took her chance to escape. Grabbing one of the Hunter’s weapons, before she ran into the forest.
One of the Vampires that was not Price, nor his trusted men noticed this. With his hunger not satisfied enough. He stalked Elvira as she ran into the forest.
Elvira ran as fast as she could in the forest, she didn't know where she was going. Anything to get her away from the Castle.
Price noticed that she was no longer around. “Where the hell is Elvira?!” He looked around, all of his men were present, all except for one.
“Hm.” He mumbled, he sensed her in the forest, her heart beating fast.
Transforming into his Wolf form Price quickly ran into the forest, leaving the rest of his men at the Castle. Catching more of her scent as he ran.
“Finally I get to have you all to myself.” A voice spoke out loud.
Elvira stopped running as she heard the voice. She turned to see a Vampire she saw earlier in the courtyard. It wasn't Price, one of his minions.
“Elvira Wolff, the famous Hunter.” He stepped towards her. “You killed my brother.” The Vampire spoke.
“Well like most, Vampires are a plague in this world.” Elvira responded, she kept the crossbow close to her before aiming it at him.
The Vampire laughed. “I'm going to enjoy feasting on you.” He said as he stepped towards her.
Elvira shot the crossbow, which had a coating of holy water on it. The Vampire groaned in pain, holding onto his arms for a moment.
“You fucking bitch, You'll pay for that when I fucking kill you and feast on your blood.” He hissed, he quickly walked towards her using his claws to cut her arm.
Elvira groaned in pain slightly, dropping the crossbow from her hands. The Vampire pinned her down on the ground by her throat, almost squeezing the life out of her.
“When I finally kill you, the Wolff family will be finished.” He laughed mockingly. “You'll be my little pet when I'm done with you.”
Elvira gasped for breath as she tried to pull his hand away from her throat. His strength was too great, despite him being injured by the holy water.
The Vampire opened his mouth agape revealing his canine teeth, ready to rip out her jugular with his teeth.
She felt herself almost fading away, her eyes almost closing. She was losing oxygen quickly, the light in her eyes almost fading away
Price found the both of them, transforming back into his Vampiric form. He sped up towards him and grabbed the Vampire off of Elvira's body.
Elvira gasped for breath as she coughed, trying to regulate her breathing. Holding onto her throat gently.
“Your majesty-” The Vampire tried to speak, but Price didn't want to hear any of it.
“Your punishment will be death.” Price ripped out his jugular with his claws, blood pouring out of the man's throat all over Price and on the ground. With his strength he ripped the man's body apart, his intestines and organs falling down on the grass.
Price breathed heavily, dropping the man’s ripped half body on the ground, looking over to see Elvira on the floor. Quickly walking towards her, kneeling down as he placed his hands either side of her cave.
“Breathe gently,” He whispered.
Elvira took a few moments to compose herself, when she opened her eyes she saw Price. There was a hunt of worry in his eyes. She saw the blood all over his clothes, she quickly knew it wasn't his.
“Fuck…” Her voice was hoarse.
“You're fine, that Vampire won't bother you anymore.” Price sat her up gently, he brushed the strands of her hair away from her face.
Elvira cleared her throat slightly. “Thank you…” She whispered softly.
“Let's get you back.” Price spoke softly, he lifted her up bridal style and stood up. Keeping her close to his chest, holding onto her tightly as he began to walk back to the Castle.

Johnvira - How the two fell in love HC's
Admin note: Works kicking my arse and I haven't been able to finish off part 3 of love bites, so... Enjoy this :)
Cw: NSFW mentioned 🔞
John Price:
It was love at first sight for John, he couldn't remember the last time he felt like this... Or even had this type of feeling when he met Elvira.
She was different than the others - It wasn't a bad thing of course, but John couldn't pin point the feeling. All he knew was that she was the one for him.
He admired her for sure - Growing up he heard about the Cold War hero (Elvira) And the big sacrifice she made.
After accommodating Elvira, wanting her to get used to the new world before joining the SAS. He taught her everything about the new world, especially with the technology.
He even showed her some video games, though he had never been a gamer himself due to work. But watching Elvira playing those small little games made him fall in love with her each more.
He was worried about her being overwhelmed with everything being new, especially if she was in a comatose sleep for 38 years.
But that one mission in January in 2019... He didn't expect the package they'd recover would be a human, let alone Elvira.
The two became close quickly, and while they were stranded on a mission, did the two realise the love they felt for each other.
Of course since they were stranded in the middle of nowhere, the only type of shelter they had was a barn... It gave the chance for the two to be intimate.
Even though John & Elvira had began their relationship, boy did John want to put a ring on her immediately. He had never been the type to get jealous, but the thought of someone else wanting Elvira riled him up.
He knew he was getting ahead of himself but he knew, she also knew... So it was okay.
Elvira Wolff:
Elvira had been in love before, but that was a long time ago. When she was much younger when she was a teenager, though for her... After being in a comatose state, it doesn't feel like over 30 decades ago. It only feels like a couple of years ago
The first time Elvira met Price, she thought he was an angel at first. Believing herself that she finally died, but actually she was in a med ward in Hereford's base.
After a few tears realising she was no longer in 1981, Price did his best to comfort her. Allowing her to hug him for as long as she wanted, and of course that made her feel much better.
Knowing that she now has to get used to her "new" Life. Elvira embraced it, rather than feared it. Even if it scared her a little...
But Price was with her every step of the way, Elvira felt comforted and supported by him. Something that she desperately needed.
During the week and a half she took the chance to get familair with phones, tablets, laptops, PC's the whole lot. Elvira only wanted to know the basics and go on from there.
The one thing Elvira loved the most is video games - It reminded her when she went to the arcades in America when she lived with Adler.
It didn't take long for Elvira to fall in love with Price, there were many factors that came into play with this.
Mainly because of how nice, gentle, kind and sweet he was with her. And he he made her laugh too, and also because Price is dead drop gorgeous
Of course her first mission ever with the Captain was a special one, especially being in the Barn
Elvira did feel nervous that her first time having sex was with Price, but he understood and was gentle as possible with her.
They kept their relationship under wraps because of the military. It was only people close to them who knew. Until it was necessary to let the superiors know when they do eventually get married.

Love bites pt1
Elvira Wolff X John Price
Summary: Elvira Wolff, one of the most powerful Vampire hunters. After her father was driven by madness after turning into a Vampire, she made an impossible choice. A choice that had to be done.
Vampires are a plague, a plague that has been a part of human history for a long time. It all started in Medieval England, a man driven by madness. The legend of Dracula was spread through generations, let it be legend or folklore. Or a story to tell children before bed, all of the stories were true. If it wasn't for the Wolff Family to form the Hunters regime all those years ago, humanity wouldn't have survived the undead army.
Long live Reinhard Wolff. The man who Dracula away, for good. But the young sorcerer knew that was just the beginning.
With his great vast knowledge he and other allies formed the Hunters regime together as one. To protect the innocents from the creatures of the night, and all other supernatural creatures.
In foreign lands, Dracula found his new home. With his new found knowledge of science and magic, he built his new Castle. Free to do whatever he wished, in the midst of building his undead army and Vampire allies… What he mostly did. Was waiting. Waiting for her… After all, Dracula had all the time in the world now.
The Wolff family became a strong willed family as the generations went by, chasing Dracula to the foreign lands he presumably fled to. The family eventually settled into Wallachia. Soon, other hunters joined them and made their settlement there. And in 1455, Dietrich and Mia Wolff had a beautiful baby girl. And they named her Elvira Wolff. Unfortunately, due to the severity of the birth, Mia passed away.
Growing up Elvira had a difficult and strained relationship with her father, despite that Elvira wanted to become a Hunter like her father. And also because since it was what her family was known for, she didn't have any other choice. And so when she was old enough, she trained with him.
Elvira spent her days reading Supernatural books, training in the courtyard, knowing what spells to conjure to protect herself, to attack as well. And knowing when to catch a Vampire and kill it.
“Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, the abyss will gaze back into you.”
That's what her father always said to her the moment she became a Vampire Hunter, but how ironic he drove himself to madness because of his own work? Within a small time frame, Elvira had to bury her uncles and her godparents. With a heavy heart, she carried the burden of the fact her father now became a monster. She didn't dare to tell her other fellow hunters.
“He's just dreadfully sick.” She'd say.
“I do not know what it is.” She'd say.
“Perhaps in a few days he would be much better.” She'd say.
Nor could she even back up on what happened to her God parents now her uncles, Elvira felt her hear break every time when they were mentioned. But she had to keep her head held up high, wanting to be strong for the other hunters. Not showing one mount of emotion at all.
Elvira knew what it was. This was her problem, her problem that she had to deal with on her own. She never liked asking for help, and if anyone knew her father was a Vampire… The scandal It'll cause.
There was one thing she would never forget. How his eyes quickly changed to that crimson colour, to how his skin became pale as snow. His teeth became sharp like daggers; The thirst of human blood began.
A Vampire.
Her father always had a thirst for power, being a Vampire wasn't enough for him. He craved more and more each time, the claps and cheers of recognition wasn't enough. He always wanted more. Even if it meant becoming a Vampire with unlimited power and immortality. The monster Hunter becomes a monster himself.
Elvira had to make a choice one person shouldn't make, to save her own skin. She would burn the wolff estate down, with her father in it. When the clock struck midnight, her plan began.
Gathering every weapon she could possibly use to her advantage to defeat him. Knowing her father wouldn't be sleeping, she walked around her room getting her crossbow ready along with arrows dabbed in holy water. Elvira tied her hair back so it wouldn't get in her face, hearing flapping against her door Elvira glanced over to see a bat.
A large bat flapped it's wings against the window, Elvira did her best to ignore it knowing it was just some dumb bat. Or a Vampire who had transformed into a bat, waiting to be invited in.
“Shoo, go away. Filthy thing…” Elvira gestured her hands near the window, muttering under her breath in frustration. Watching it fly away from her window.
Elvira grabbed a stake and a hammer. She felt her heart thumping against her chest, quietly speaking to herself before walking over to her father's bedroom. From a manor that was always beautifully lit up, allowing sunlight in now became dark as the night with dimly lit candles dotted around. It would become a fire hazard if someone would accidentally bump into it.
Approaching her father’s room Elvira slowly opened the door, conveniently she saw him resting for once. Vampires rarely rest, unless in broad daylight. So she found it strange why he was “resting” tonight.
Elvira approached her father's bed, putting her stake where his heart should be. Just as she raised the hammer, Dietrich's eyes opened. Elvira's eyes widened too, before she could even blink her father quickly grabbed her neck. With such speed he shoved her against the wall, gasping for breath Elvira looked up at him.
“You foolish child. Haven't I taught you nothing?” Dietrich seethed through his teeth, holding onto her neck tighter.
Elvira gasped for breath feeling him holding onto her neck tighter, having no choice but to drop the stake. She chuckled faintly. “You've taught me many things…” She managed to say.
With her free hand she grabbed her silver necklace and pressed it against his cheek hard, Dietrich let out a hissing noise hos shape canine teeth showing.
“It's something about a young born Vampire, always arrogant.” Elvira spoke, she kicked the Candles that were standing on a small stand watching it fall, watching the fire catch contact with the furniture and it caught on fire.
“This ends now, I won't tolerate this any longer.” Elvira spoke, she used the chance to quickly exit the bedroom. Dietrich had a mark on his cheek due to the silver necklace, sneering his teeth he went after her.
Elvira knocked down most of the candles that were around to produce the fire even more, she covered her mouth as smoke began to form around her, coughing slightly accidentally inhaling the smoke.
At the staircase, Dietrich tackled and the two of them fell down the stairs. He quickly regained his balance while Elvira got up after him, a groan left her lips as she used her crossbow on him and shot him.
Dietrich quickly caught the arrow and broke it. “Useless. You were always useless.” He spoke, with his vampiric speed he tackled her to the ground. His fangs became visible.
“Transforming you will do you good, you'll know the true power of immortality.” He held her down so hee neck was exposed, and he bit down onto her neck.
Elvira groaned out loud in pain as she felt bits of her life force being taken from her, she had to think quickly. Managing to grab one of her stakes, it would only do minimal damage but she didn't care. She stabbed him in the back.
With Dietrich groaning in pain, Elvira pushed him away. She quickly got up and grabbed her crossbow once more, ignoring the blood running down her neck.
“I'm not scared of you anymore.” Elvira shouted back at him, she concentrated as Dietrich kept dodging every single attack she made. It became more difficult to see as the Estate began to burst up in flames, one of the pillars fell and Elvira quickly jumped and dodged it just in time.
Dietrich looked up and the pillar fell on him, pinning him down to the ground. She glanced over to Dietrich who was under the pillar, quickly going towards him she aimed her crossbow at his head.
“This is for killing the people I care for. My family!” Elvira struck the arrow in his eye, he was hissing and screaming in pain. She felt her heart beating faster. Leaving him trapped under the pillar, now she needed to find a way to escape.
With bits of wood falling down and blocking the main entrance, Elvira looked around. No doubt someone would've caught wind of smoke forming from their location, help would be coming soon. Elvira went over to the window, using her elbow to break the window. She quickly climbed out and ran away. Running down the dirt road to get away, in the distance she heard a group of horses.
Elvira caught her breath, and put her hands on her legs for a moment. She knew the Hunters would be approaching soon, all she had to do was wait. What didn't help was that she began to feel faint due to her father biting her neck. She fell down on the stairs and her eyes closed.
By the time the other hunters approached, they saw Elvira was unconscious and in danger. One of the men quickly picked her up, and put her on his horse. The man of men quickly fled back to the main building of the Hunters regime.
“She has a bite mark on her neck, though it doesn't look lethal enough for her to be turned.” The man spoke looking at his Captain.
“Good. When we get back, patch her up and when she wakes up I'll question her. All of those centuries of work, burning down to the ground mow.” The Captain spoke in a solemn tone, shaking his head.
One of the Hunters placed Elvira in a spare room, laying her body on the bed. Making sure she was comfortable enough, before leaving her to rest. Elvira's chest was rising up and down calmly, outside the window the moonlight shone. The same bat again, hanging above her window.
Love Bites pt1
Elvira Wolff X John Price
Summary: Elvira is tasked with the impossible, to kill the Vampire King to prove her loyalty. When the comes across his domain, the King also made a discovery. One he had longed for
The last 24 hours was a blur for Elvira, she still couldn't shake off the feeling of how scared she was. How she still could smell the smoke when her estate was up in flames, how she could've died in the hands of her own father. Or even getting stuck in that damn fire. So many emotions were running through her. Of course many expressed their sympathy when they found her fathers burnt up body, but after Elvira confessed what he was. His body was nothing but all ash, disposed of immediately. All Elvira did was simply nod to whomever conversed with her, not wanting to speak to the others.
Spending most of the next morning in bed, it gave Elvira some time to try and think. Thinking about everything… What her next steps would be. Where would she go? What should she do now? What's in store next? The Wolff legacy was now in ruins. Perhaps it should remain that way, a kind reminded that she will never let herself be driven by madness.
What made her question the most was when she found a bite mark on her neck, never in a million years would she later her monster of a father get near to her. So who else could've done it? The bat?
Course not, that bat wouldn't have done it. Though… The creature's eyes did seem a bit red, too red in fact. Elvira cursed to herself, knowing some mangy bat bit her, knowing the possibly it was a random Vampire that her father possibly knew, and he got the thrill out of feeding her.
She struggled to process her emotions with all that had happened to her in the last past six months, hell she'll probably never get over it. Though there was no rest for the wicked. Elvira was summoned by the regimes’ boss for an urgent matter, regarding her father. A time to address the elephant in the room, after taking a deep breath she had her hand wrapped around the door handle and stepped into the office.
Elvira laid her eyes on her boss who was looking down while reading some papers, he looked up and gestured to Elvira to take a seat.
“Have a seat Elvira.”
Elvira sat down on the chair across from him, she stayed silent for a moment before finally speaking to him.
“I truly don't know where to begin, it's such a long story I don't even know where to start.” Her voice was soft.
“I want to know everything. At the moment I'm questioning your loyalty, burning your estate like that? What the hell has gotten into you?!” The Captain who was known as Jacob, who spoke to Elvira in a stern tone.
“My father was a Vampire! What else could I do? He killed my godparents… My uncles, right in front of my eyes One. By. One.…” Elvira argued.
“Every night since then, I was scared. Scared that he would kill me in my sleep, or a worser fate would bestow over me.” Jacob was about to speak over her, but she continued.
“I'm not finished. The only way I could surely kill him was to burn down the estate with him, even if I had to risk centuries of knowledge.” Elvira concluded.
“I know.” Jacob simply said. “But with the bite mark we saw on your neck, we can only make assumptions. People have a lot of mixed opinions at the moment.”
Elvira rolled her eyes when he said that. “Ugh. I wasn't bitten by my father, I always wore silver and kept garlic near me so he'd stay away!” She said. “I wouldn't know who else would of bitten me.”
“Any new associates your father may have made when he got turned into a Vampire?” Jacob questioned her, he seemed distrustful of her now.
“Not that I can think of… Look, I just want to get back to work. Put it all behind me.” Elvira ran her fingers through her hair, feeling her frustration rising in her blood.
“Well… There is one thing I want you to do.” Jacob said, straightening his posture. “Look… You're a bright kid. I don't doubt that, but what happened to you last night. You need to prove your loyalty to us again. And with that you'll need to kill the Vampire King, Dracula. On your own, no support from the others. Nothing. Just yourself.”
Elvira looked at him in disbelief. Killing Dracula, the King of Vampires, the legend, she had to eliminate him by herself? She couldn't believe she was hearing this.
“You want me to kill an ancient Vampire, just to prove my loyalty? I've been loyal to you all over since I've started training!”
“Look… Protocol is protocol if you don't do what you're told I have the power and authority to shun you from the village, and will strip your family titles away.' 'Jacob's tone suddenly became cold, his eyes remained on her.
Elvira was at a loss for words, a simple grumble escaped her lips. ‘I'll do it.’ Jacob nodded in satisfaction watching her leave his office, at this very time. He didn't really care if she died doing it or not, this was a way to prove her loyalty. Come what may if she didn't return to the regime by the next light, then he had his answer.
Elvira went to the war room to grab a few weapons, her head hung down mostly as she grabbed them off the display. Grabbing small vials of holy water and putting it in her pocket, all eyes were on her now. She knew the other members were watching.
Then came the whispers, some speculated that she was the bystander in the situation when it came to her father, some say it wasn't her fault. Others would say she had the skills to eliminate him right then and there, it felt like a large weight was put on her shoulders. A large. expectation she had to meet, just so the others could like her again.
Dutifully getting herself geared up and prepared, at sunset she went over to the local stable getting herself a horse. Seeing her favourite horse, Thanatos. A beautiful black shire horse.
How ironic she would be on horseback, riding to her doom. To never come back possibly.
“Hey you…” Elvira spoke to Thanatos softly, stroking him. She kissed his head before climbing up on the saddle and holding onto the reins, off she went riding into the sunset to go to Dracula's Castle.
At Nightfall she found herself in the dark, dense forest. It was a little bit foggy that night, Elvira bought herself a lantern and dismounted Thanatos patting his neck gently.
“If I don't come back by sunlight… You're on your own… I'm sorry friend.” Elvira spoke softly, speaking to her horse one last time.
Everyone found her weird speaking to her horse as if it was a human being, though she never really paid attention to them. That damn horse was her best friend, and always will be. Leaving her horse, Elvira walked holding the lantern close to her face as a source of light. Walking deeper into the forest, knowing at any time. She would find herself at Dracula's Castle.
She knew what getting close, felt how her knees felt too. Weak, feeling an overwhelming sense of power radiating from the ancient Castle. Elvira looked up at the Castle once it was in view, a lump in her throat was formed. Almost not believing herself that she could possibly die tonight, but that's what she wasn't scared of. Elvira was scared of what might happen to her if she had failed to kill the Vampire King.
Elvira blew out the lantern, putting it back in her bag that was around her shoulders. She then walked up the stairs to the grand entrance of the Castle. Mumbling A small prayer to herself, the young woman wasn't religious. Not at all, but it was better to pay to whatever god was out there than to not pray at all.
Pushing the two large doors open with her strength, the iron doors letting out a loud creak as it opened. Showing its age and goes it was barely used in the hundreds of years, the moonlight just about casted a way inside of the Castle. Inside there were various torches lit up, some source of light for her.
Elvira's heels echoed on the cold floor as she stepped inside of the Castle, with her weapon in hand. She gripped onto the handle for a form of comfort and reassurance…
It'll be okay Elvira, it'll be okay.
The doors slammed shut the moment she walked in, it made Elvira jump slightly but the young woman quickly composed herself. She took a look at her surroundings, the corridor almost seemed like it could go on for miles.
After walking a little bit Elvira soon found herself in the Throne room, there it was the large throne in the middle of it. A strong and imposing throne at that, fit for a King like Dracula. There is a staircase going up towards it, beckoning for someone to take a seat on it. With a nice Red and velvety carpet on the floor in the dead centre.
“No place for you, Vampire Hunter.” The baritone voice filled the room, he stood imposingly behind Elvira staring down at her. He grabbed her by the arm and with great speed he threw her against the wall.
Elvira suddenly heard the voice but she had reacted far too late, she flew across the room and her back hit the wall. Groaning in pain slightly, she got up and aimed her weapon at him, firing the arrows at him.
“I'll kill you!” Elvira yelled. Reloading the crossbow she aimed it back at him again, he could only laugh as he dodged it once more.
“For What gain?” Price simply asked her. “To be favoured? To finally be recognised amongst your kin?” He taunted her, he loved edging her. She was fierce, and he liked that.
Elvira gritted her teeth in anger. “I'm doing this for my family. And to kill you after one of your filthy minions turned my father into a Vampire!” She yelled. “I'll kill you for my undying loyalty to the Hunters regime.”
“Corruption isn't given, it is already inside my dear.” The baritone spoke once more as he hid himself in the shadows. He chuckled darkly.
“But I remember your family very well. Your father was already corrupt before he changed…”
Using her last arrows, Elvira continued to shoot Price like there was no tomorrow as if her life depended.
Price gracefully dodged them as if they were nothing, with great speed he pinned her against the wall. His hand on her throat. Now that he was in full view, he was a large Vampire. Twice her height standing at 213cm, he wore an elegant royal outfit with a large red and black cape draping down at him. His dark brown hair was slicked back, his mutton chops were kept clean and well trimmed.
“I'm going to enjoy sucking you dry when I'm done with you…” Price took one moment to look at her and he stayed silent. He felt his undead heart skip a beat again, it can't be.
“It's you, no… It cannot be.” Price spoke in disbelief, his grip on her throat squeezed tighter suddenly.
“Death had laughed at me in the face, he took you away from me… Now, he has reincarnated you. He brought you back to me.”
“What…?” Elvira gasped for breath putting her hands on his arm, She winced slightly. “What the hell are you talking about?” She looked up at him confused.
“You are her.” Price seethed through his teeth, his face drawing closer to her. His beard tickled her neck as he whispered “You have the same eyes as Reinhard… Before I killed him of course.” He chuckled.
Elvira felt herself gradually losing oxygen, even kicking and punching didn't seem to bother the Vampire at all.
“Kick me, punch me all you want Princess… But you're not going to escape from me. Not in a million years.” Price spoke, his other hand caressed her cheek. His shape nails grazing her skin. “Now sleep…” He spoke softly.
Elvira felt her heartbeat beating faster, her body stiffened at how close he was. She continued to struggle, with one of his hands caressing and her left hand trying to attack him, when his hand tightened around her throat she gasped for breath. His sharp nails digging in, she stopped kicking and squirming, her small hand placed over his large one to try and pry it away, trying to kick him too but made no effort. She felt her vision becoming blurry now.
"Fuck..." She gasped for breath.
There was something about her fight, her drive. It reminded him of the days he was human, with desires to make himself greater.
Letting her slowly fall unconscious. “Sleep now little Wolff.” He murmured, “you can try to kill me another day.”
She was going to be a vicious one, but he wanted information about the hunters. Clearly they still had a vendetta against him to send some girl to her death.
But it was her.
She's back.
Price caressed her cheek as she lay unconscious in his arms. His undead heart was beating so fast, he pulled Elvira close to his face. His arms wrapping around her.
She looked just as the same before she died that day.
