C O U N T D O W N - day 10

I still can’t believe that this will be my very last countdown before our very last season. Of course, I wanted it to be special, but I just didn’t have enough time and motivation to do it, as I sad earlier I am already experiencing anticipated grief and because I never cared about a show (or a ship) more than now it is a very difficult time for me. I think many of you can relate.

This fanvideo countdown will be mostly personal. I will include my favourite pieces. First, I wanted to put not just Bellarke videos, but I got lost because there are so many amazing works out there so I will stick with Bellarke. I gave myself expectations that I should put as many different creators as I could on the list and to use new videos with fresh scenes, but I realized that I am doing this for myself to have fun and to do a proper goodbye to the show. And I am human, I have my favourite vidders who are amazing and although the ship has developed a lot since the first seasons I adore their chemistry in the first few ones. So I decided that I will throw out my high expectations and go with my guts. Hope you will be here with me and enjoy the ride!

This is one of my first Bellarke videos I’ve ever seen and saved, and I love coldrequiem’s works since then. She hasn’t done Bellarke themed vids lately but her old ones are just perfect. I could have used Saturn or Pieces instead of this, but the quote ‘What’s a soulmate?’ describes Bellarke so well and fits with the season 1 scenes that I must have chosen this. And also the music choice! As I sad before these old videos have a special place in my heart, I could watch them over and over again and never get bored. And you can already see the bond between Bellarke and where are they going. Hope, we will be right.
