anyway I don't think they can 🤔 unless maybe there's a rare genetic condition that affects a small portion of the population; I'd have to retcon way too much at this point to make it a species-wide thing.... but the drama of seeing something grin at you with sharp teeth and then s p i n its' head around is just fun to envision 😂
