Yes, it’s a joke page, and that being said, I am in no way making fun of canon. I highly enjoy the show, but I and some friends were talking about my comic and someone mentioned how Steven was lucky to not be included in this somewhat darker version of a story, then this came to be. 

The next page will return to the main story (with 0% Steven).
