Delicate Kiss
It was such a surprise to hear a request coming from the heiress– normally it was he who proposes any kind of activity to invite Yukiko in. However, in this instance he was thankful, for if it weren’t for her a beautiful sigh in the form of a night time meteor shower would’ve been old news to him within the next few days. It would be a crime to miss such a sight.
Simple yet elegant was the affair between the two Persona-users; with bento boxes prepared as dinner, a mat for them to comfortably sit on, scarves and mittens to combat the cold winter breeze, and the heavens itself as their theater. If Minato were to be honest with himself, this was the most fun and relaxation he’s had for the longest time-- such a much needed welcome from a stressful way of life that involves putting his life on the line.
“This... is pretty nice.” The sigh that escapes his lips was light, the evidence that proves that the burden he carries around was alleviated for the time being. Such niceness from a kind-hearted soul like Amagi’s has attracted him with good intentions, but lately she has been rather prevalent in his mind. From remembering how he earned her gratitude after saving the inn from a Shadow attack, to their small interactions since moving into said in for the time being, to now. She carried a certain charm that had his notice for a little while now-- and he was unsure how to respond to it.
Perhaps what he did before leaving their little bonding session was one done out of complete randomness.
He pauses in front of Yukiko before he takes off on his way, features showing appreciation in the form of a gentle smile and glittering eyes. “I can’t thank you enough for inviting me along. You have my thanks.” Without even waiting for a response, he leans forward to her forehead-- gentle enough to not take her by surprise-- to plant a chaste kiss right at the center. Probably too bold of a move, he wasn’t too sure at first to do such a thing, but it was too late to back out now. He’s done the deed; the veteran Persona-user can only hope she doesn’t take it differently.
“...See you around, Amagi.”
