(Last minute edit cose I miscalculated) this is jolx his design has a story, it's when I started getting into "Pokemon" and my favorite pkmn was a pichu. And I wanted to draw one of my own, but I fucked it up by the dame ears! But I never seem to fix the problem till the i noticed a year later but I kept it then I added goggles with hair I think some one did it allready but gave the pichu fucken claws and I scyth making it edgy shortish. I don't know who the art maker was? This is nothing but a draw back to that memory
