Finally found a color scheme I like for this character. Okay so here they are Jomeme (or Jo for short). 

This mischievous keronian is an experiment for military under the code name chameleon to engineer clothing and even prosthetic limbs to blend into the environment around it or even mimic an entire persons looks.using Jo (being born without an arm and all)they were able to succeed with their experiments. Jomeme is a spy for the military,using what was given to them they’re able to successfully infiltrate enemy bases with ease. Unfortunately Jo is much too young and immature for such things and tends to abuse their newfound abilities by pranking their superiors. They have a huge ego and takes everything to be a joke rather than taking it seriously. 

They’re nicknamed Jomeme the illusionist. Extra: they use the mask to take pictures of the face and body,and use the microphones in the bells on their hat to mimic someone’s voice and look.
