Yo BearSMP lore popped off yesterday. Please please check it out, they’re quietly doing some of the best story RP available rn, and it’s a diverse and mostly unknown group of creators that could use the support. Their stuff is fantastic.

I don’t have enough words for it, but it’s so sad and a little tragic how both bsmp! Jonah and Bear clearly have doubts regarding bsmp!Ela’s belief that her friends are still alive, that they must be out there, but they still encourage her anyway. Bear is clearly doubtful that they could be alive, especially since Elaina doesn’t know how long she’s been alone for exactly, but he still tells her she can wait for her friends in the Bear SMP.
And Jonah? Jonah also clearly has his doubts, not only about that even. When Elaina asks him if he would leave, and if he would tell her before he did, he says yes, he would tell her, but he clearly doubts it. The Bear SMP is struggling, he is struggling with his role in it (bsmp Bear threatened to kill him) and so much is falling around him, but he still reassures Elaina that he would tell her, even though he himself isn’t sure, because he knows Elaina was alone for so long.
Even with the flower! He was rude about it and clearly skeptical but he did try at least to believe Elaina when she told him, he tried to talk to the flower. He tried to reason with Elaina about the mysterious upgrades to her house.
Elaina is one of those characters whose aura is so friendly and whose eyes are so lonely that you do not want hurt her.
