A friend of mine from work is ridiculously talented when it comes to drawing. He texted and asked me what to draw and I said something involving Winnie the Pooh characters because I'm biased and love Pooh. Later he texted me a photo of his drawing which is of me holding Pooh up and kissing him on the nose which is also basically my facebook profile picture right now of me holding up my kitten. It's so cute and I'm so excited about it because this guy will literally probably be animating for Disney one day (Jonathan Storey even told him he should be working for Pixar when he visited the store. If I got that compliment I'd die.) Rahhh the littlest things make me so happy^.^ A drawing of myself and Pooh makes it feel like I'm a part of the Hundred Acre Wood. That sounds super lame but I can be super lame sometimes so sorry not sorry.

Our store had a visitor day!

Jonathan Storey, VP of the Disney Stores of North America, dropped by today to see how our store was doing. As well as speaking with the store manager about some tips and ideas, he helped us unload our shipment! He physically carried items from backstage and helped put them onstage!

I got to talk to him a bit about the Ambassador Program, and he was genuinely excited for me. While many Cast Members were freaking out about his arrival, I was a little more relaxed about it. He was very nice, very open with people, and I could feel the pride he had for the company.

That was the big news today, but of course we have other news, most of which I cannot share until a later date, but I will say this:

Any Cast Members who are a fan of Star Wars who wish to put it on their name badges will be able to as of mid-February!!!!
