How long have you been in the CS/OUAT fandom?

I started watching the show when it aired in the UK in 2015 and discovered fan fiction and Tumblr in 2016. I've been in it ever since and barely read anything else other than CS fanfiction since then.

When did you start shipping Captain Swan?

That moment on top of the Beanstalk, the one we now all know Colin improvised using his mouth, was the moment for me. I knew that they were end game at that point.

What drew you to this event?

I have loved all things supernatural since I was about 8! So naturally put that together with Killian and Emma in starring roles, what could be more perfect?

What inspired your topic?

I was at an exhibition in my mums hometown last summer and saw all these weird and wonderful items. It was all about exploring something called the Parallel. There was art work with creatures and information boards about the Parallel. Well naturally inspiration struck, so I dug out my phone to take pictures to help me remember the adventure the explorer went on. Seven months later.... here we are.

Killian Jones is the curator of special collections at Boston University Library. Emma Nolan has the rarest book in the world - a living book of fairytales written by the renowned author only known to the world as 'Henry'. Over the years, Killian has done many things to aquire his collections, been many people, traveled to many worlds. Can he go the ultimate step to get the Jewel in the crown? Will Emma work with him to achieve the common goal?

For our artists: What kind of art do you like to do? Picsets, painting, digital, etc? Feel free to give as much info as you like.

My artwork will be done using Canva, most likely as a picset.

For our betas: Who/what have you beta'd before, or is this your first time? Feel free to give as much info as you like.

Since I've started writing stories in 2020, I've been a beta for multiple people. I've beta'd for CSSNS last year, and for other events too.

What are you looking forward to most about participating in this event?

There's a new curse and the Jones family have been separated from their family and friends back in Storybrooke. Without any memory of who they are, or even what a fairy tale is, can they find their way back before they're torn apart by someone who's determined to take away their happiness?

Anything else you’d like us to know?

This is my first time writing in a proper event and I'm very excited about it and my story. This has given me the chance to explore a little more Canon, whereas I would usually stick to AUs.

This is definitely not at all what I thought I would be doing at this point in my life with the world being so weird, but you’ve got to just roll with the punches if you can. It was nice to just spend my day with my babies, especially since one of them doesn’t know that cake is delicious yet so I don’t have to share 😉

Ahaha, it ticks all my boxes of sports feelings. I’m trying very hard to finish this witch fic that doesn’t seem to want to end, but maybe eventually. At some point, I should post the things I’ve written like a year ago and never actually put anywhere. Probably before I start writing other things, ha. I just can’t say no to sports emotions and endearing hockey teams.

How long have you been in the CS/OUAT fandom?

I've been reading CS/OUAT stories since 2016 but writing since 2020.

When did you start shipping Captain Swan?

Since THAT moment on the Beanstalk. As soon as I saw it, I knew they were going to be end game.

What drew you to this event?

I've loved reading all the supernatural summer stories for many years now so I wanted to have a go at writing in it.

What inspired your topic?

I've loved ghost and mystery stories from a very early age so I wanted to have both elements in my story... with some extras and a dash of CS fluff of course.

The car that was following the Jones' sped up. It was now almost touching bumpers.

"What the… hold on guys. We're being followed by an idiot."

"Killian, that's the same car that followed me home yesterday."

Killian nodded. Eyes focused on the road, hands gripped firmly on the steering wheel. He rounded the corner. They were now in the street where they lived, meters from their home. It was at that moment when the car drove into the back of them. Killian fought valiantly to stay in control, however the rain had left the road slick.

Their car continued to spin out of control. The rain became heavier, flashes of lightning started to surround the car. With one tremendously loud crack of thunder, the car came to a stand still right in their front garden.

Killian, Emma and Henry looked at each in shock before the world around them faded away.

I've beta'd for multiple people and stories over the last year or two.

What are you looking forward to most about participating in this event?

Challenging myself to writing something different.
