Kang Jun no matter how hard he tries loves to pry into other people’s business. He’s been told off for this before, but he does it out of the goodness of his heart. He is constantly wanting to make sure that everyone he meets/is on good terms with is okay and healthy. Sometimes prying into if you’ve eaten or if you’re hurt is what often comes up with Kang Jun. He is much better recently at minding his own business but it’s something that he still needs to work on.

Something that Kang Jun doesn’t take pride in is his love of the rain. He can’t count the times were he has stayed outside during a thunderstorm to wake up with a cold the next morning. It’s a problem, you could say it’s an addiction but all Kang Jun knows is that he helps him relax. Hearing the rain beat down on certain materials has an effect on him. It’s weird he knows, but it’s something that he’s able to find comfort in.
And maybe if I hold you now, would you hold me now?
(The Mortal King Boy sung by The Paper Kites)
Sunny has lost many things in her life. She knows very well how fragile life is, and how easily it is taken away. She lives every second in fear her life will end, as if the bullet that pierced her skin will belatedly kill her.
That's why she's always kind to everyone. She knows everyone has suffered in this world, so she doesn't want to add to that pain anymore. She'll comfort anyone she can and always extend her hand before she'd raise it against you.
But a small part of her is desperately kind because she hopes that kindness will be returned, and she doesn't have to be so alone and miserable anymore. It's not a part she's proud of, and one she hardly ever admits to herself.
▶ Unconsciousness is something he has learned to live with during his passing through the world as a Mitsuji, though he’s running filthier now more than never. Impure, drunken, but never more alive.
No one can deny, however, that death has many forms.
And even worse, many occasions to get you wrapped in spiderweb.
You can find it in a pair of scissors, an innocent-looking mushroom, or even a boy with a particular hair color. Sen Mitsuji will never recognize, nor allow his head to skimp on, the cursed naivety that often gets his head buried deep in flypaper. He has seen bullshit, he is aware of the dangers and the fragility of the flesh, but a furtive optimism can always win the battle against his many evil reminiscences of a despicable planet.
"Drink and enjoy. Cheers, mate." Are always the words that lead him to disaster. Is not altruism, for he is never very much willing to share with his guests, but a desperate call, quietly hidden beneath his drunken smile.
Being not the exception, Sen finds a nice face to talk to in the middle of a silent hill, not to far away from the walls and of course his house. Be polite, be generous. Rules included in every child’s education. Take care of your body, don’t ever talk to strangers. Acting like the bad boy caught Sen in a tormentous living. At the moment Jongin crosses Sen’s path, alcohol already got him happy-go-lucky.
There’s a strange glimpse in the boy’s dark eyes; lust, need, what could it be?.
Sen’s curiosity itches in his skin and mind. Little did he know, so painfully little, that the guy with he platinum hair was thirsty, and blood wasn’t the only thing he craved; company, in the form of an ice-cold corpse.
Isolated soul, lost, whipping its redish tears in the middle of a graveyard filled with treasures, the price of a good hunt. It’s never satisfied, it can’t ignore the black hole that absorbs him into nothingness itself. Jongin is the wolf.
His house’s doors are always open for those ready to the toast, the party is no of etiquette and crystal glasses or wine aged for years are missing. We still can celebrate, we still do the cheers. Sen seems prepared to wear a little red riding hood.
Their shadows deformed by the impromptu campfire alongside the swamp bring a golden shine to the stranger’s hair, Sen is laughing his ass off.
"So… you’re drunk…" A wry smile appeares on his face, it’s the first time he speaks since Sen brought him home. Excited, the host let’s his body fall to the ground, resting his head in one of Jongin’s knees.
Oh, it’s already spread inside of me, in my blood;;It bites me, swallows me, melts me, spits me out and tortures me again;;
➳;; Jiyong is a very vengeful person. If he’s wronged, he won’t stop until he believes he has revenge for whatever or whoever has done it to him. For example, the anger he carries towards the military for killing his father and the ruthless attacks he unleashed upon the infected for taking away his mother and sister. The reason he joined the Fireflies in the first place was because of his vengeful nature, wanting to tear down the system that ultimately destroyed his famliy when they were only trying to survive just like everyone else.
This type of behavior is very self-destructive, though he ignores the negative effects most of the time in favour of fulfilling the revenge he wants so desperately. Oftentimes it lands him more injured than not, becoming less age when he becomes furious because of past wrongs.
Being an orphan, Kris was destined to be alone. He was born during the first year that the Infected took over and changed the lives of many. He had some friends that he had made in the orphanage but none who had really stuck with him.
That's a lie. There were two kids who remained his friend during their survival. Gayeon and Jongin. Both held different places in his heart. Gayeon as his love, and Jongin as his best friend. However, it wasn't long before both boys exited Kris' life, and for different reasons.
Gayeon had been infected one day during hunting. Kris still blames himself. Jongin had been separated from the trio during a stamped of fleeing people. Kris hasn't seen him since. Jongin had been Kris' best friend and he had lost him.
Now he was in his mid twenties and alone. He traveled often and never had a set 'home'. Right now he was staying in an abandoned hotel. He didn't know why, but for some reason he found himself wandering around the ruins. That's when he saw him. Jongin. His old best friend. He didn't know what to say. He just stood there staring like a weirdo.
