I’m aware Hendricks as always used that wrestling but he’s doing a lot of just lying on top of Magny. Using that extra weight?

Lawler is a very tough fighter and so are a lot of the other guys who are all trying to get a shot at the title. If I can go out there and get my hand raised the way I think I can, then it will look way better on me. That's really what I'm focusing on.
Jonny Hendricks on facing Robbie Lawler in a rematch for his UFC welterweight title at UFC 181 on Saturday. Hendricks beat Lawler for the GSP-vacated title in a entertaining but tightly contested fight back in March.

“I want to remember what it felt like to get it, and I want to feel what it feels like to get the next one,” he said. “I’m still 0-0. Yeah, I was able to do something great on Saturday, but realistically, I’ve got to turn right back around and do it again if I want to stay champ. I want to get back and see how my body is doing and start moving forward.”

An Update/Speculation on GSP's Possible Retirement
So any football fan probably knows by now that there's a lot of talk around head injuries affecting the mental well-being of the players. But what about in the UFC?
Well repeated brain trauma presents itself in many ways: namely in changes in mood, behaviour and lessening of memory and cognitive function. Stick with me, I promise it only gets technical for a while.
Boston University has been doing studies, and what they've found is shocking. Repeated trauma is associated in many amateur and pro athletes to develop into chronic traumatic encephalopathy (CTE), and sometimes it doesn't even present itself even at the time of death. You get it from concussions and blows to the head that are all too common in contact sports.
And guess what, the average age for mood & behaviour problems to start showing up is 35. Not too far off from GSP's age either, am I right? Athletes tend to be depressed, explosive, "out of control". Many deal with other issues such as suicidal thoughts, anxiety, memory loss, aggression, motor disturbance (difficulty balancing, for example), and many others.
The worst part is, we don't fully understand it yet. But all too many athletes experience these issues, and we chalk it up to being too rich and famous. St-Pierre has gotten some pretty famous blows to the head, and more than a few to his right side, like that giant hematoma Carlos Condit gave him back in 2012. Well, what if all those blows to the head are gonna cost St-Pierre his sanity, or his life?
Knowing this, it adds to the litany of proof Dana White and the UFC don't care about their athletes. As MMA is a contact sport, they need to protect those people who make their money. Asking GSP to come back is insensitive, as he's clearly dealing with something we don't need to know about yet.
Once again, get well soon GSP!
