Jonpertwee finally blocked me. Big surprise.
As you'll recall, he tried to argue that Tamir Rice was too young and mentally undeveloped to know it was a bad idea to point a fake gun at people in public.
He also refused to admit it would look like a real gun to any casual observer, and said the cops should've somehow known it wasn't real just like the 9/11 caller, even though that caller said "toy gun", which was incorrect, and it was literally impossible for said caller to tell the difference just by looking at it.
I have yet to see a single Rice supporter explain that.

He also said the cops assumed Tamir was a threat just because it was a 'black boy'. Again, incorrect (and also unprovable). It was the gun. And the pointing it at people. And the cops called in a shooting on a 20 year old, not a boy.
When I asked him who was responsible for Tamir's actions, he dodged the question, because it would mean admitting - even by implication - that Tamir did anything wrong.
And his stupid binary victim /bad guy narrative can't have that.
