What makes me happy about them: they know everything about each other and they've been together since the vry beginning like one of my closest and dearest headcanons is that rabbit is the very first thing the spine ever saw when he powered on for the first time b/c rabbit was really excited about this new brother pappy was building!!
What makes me sad about them: rabbit's core getting stolen and the spine feeling like somehow it was his fault b/c he feel like he could have prevented it
things done in fanfic that annoys me: hhhm idk? i pick and choose my fanfic so most of what i've read is fine. i guess im sort of uncomfortable having to mentally rewrite mentions of rabbit as "he" to "she" but in like 99% of the cases it's acceptable b/c it was before the transition was even announced. and i can kind of get it if it's set in the past too but i'd rather just refer to her as her
things I look for in fanfic: rabbit consoling a the spine that refuses to unbottle his emotions, the spine loosening up and having a good time with rabbit, either of them being cheered up by the other b/c they are in sync and wonderful
