Incruentus and Sanguis had always been rivals, or at least longer than Mir had been in on it. The name Incruentus was an irony that had not been missed by the other gang, for it meant “bloodless”, or the absence of bloodshed, for the gang had a strict rule against spilling the blood of passerby, or innocent bystanders who had no quarrel amongst members, whereas Sanguis, literally translated as "blood", simply enjoyed spilling blood – mostly of their enemies, but they were famous for the rape and killing of taken hostages, a number which had decreased greatly at the interference of Incruentus. The biggest revenge of Sanguis had become a liking to abducting members of Incruentus and making them their new hostages, which had instilled the fierce hatred between the gang's further, making shootouts like these not only common, but an almost nightly occurrence. 

With his phone missing Mir is forced to return to a hotspot -- where he, too, becomes a hostage.

I honestly did not think this story was gonna be my cup of tea when I first came across it a year or so ago, but I tried it out anyway and it's sooooooo freaking good and I just re-read it and it's still soooooooooo freaking good so I wanted to share it with you all. It's gang based, so there is violence and smut and some themes that might make some people uncomfortable but it is a seriously great story if that doesn't scare you away.
