If you're going to make Sweet Pea's scenes all about Josie than there needs to be follow through if Josie is done with Sweet Pea stop bating us with cute scenes.

Also Josie is not a performing seal, she is a character.

Giving her one big solo per episode and a few scraps of dialogue is not sufficient.
