Wip wednesday time! Exciting! Fresh and new! Thank you, as always @rain-fall-down for the chance to participate. This is an old draft (never even made it out of the discord realms) but if memory serves me right the original idea of a jopving mistaken gender identity moment came from everyones darling werewolfmack :D

The idea is that Lt. Irving has been self-flagellating in order to cope with being gay, and while he is usually careful enough to avoid being found whipping himself/bleeding everywhere, this time the wounds on his back opened as he slept and spilled blood everywhere. Is it reasonable to assume someone who discovered these bloodstains in your bed would be able to tell these come from wounds inflicted to the self in order to keep gay thoughts at bay? Never. But that is exactly what worries Irving so much that he asks Jopson for advice. Jopson on the other hand will see the bloodstains at a particular spot, arranged in a particular way, and think back on the time he spent taking care of his mother. And so on and so forth :D can't give everything away, but that is where the mistaken gender identity bit stems from haha
